JP Construction was founded in 2005. We focused solely on performing top-quality exterior replacements, including insurance related work, mainly hail and wind damage restoration. So, in our time in business we have performed millions of dollars worth of exterior replacements of customers' roofing, siding and gutters.
When performing insurance work, you can't mess around! As an insurance restoration contractor, we don't get paid until the customer, the insurance company and sometimes even the mortgage company are satisfied that the work has been performed properly. So, naturally, we make sure to perform all work correctly, timely and to every customer's 100% satisfaction.
And we carry this same philosophy into all of our projects - insurance or otherwise! At JP, we treat every project as if it were OUR house that we are working on. That's why we only use true trades craftsmen - qualified mechanics with decades of experience. This way, we ensure that the quality of our work is always top-notch.
We also have obtained several accreditations and affiliations over the years. JP Construction is a CertainTeed Certified roofing and siding Master Craftsman, 5-star rated on Google, and is an A+ rated business with the BBB. Also, Owner Joe Paoletti is certified through VSI (the Vinyl Siding Institute) as an installer.
Joe has been in the construction and remodeling industry for over 30 years. His father owns a construction company, as did his grandfather. He worked in the field as a laborer and installer growing up, so he understands the value of hard work, doing things the right way, being as honest and upfront as possible, and always respecting the wishes and property of the client.

My name is Joe Paoletti, and I’m the owner of JP Construction Services. I grew up in Maryland, working alongside my grandfather and later my father in our family’s small masonry business.
After attending UMD, I launched JP Construction Services and over the past 21+ years, we’ve helped hundreds of homeowners secure fair approvals from their insurance companies for full exterior replacements, offering our services throughout much of MD and southern/southeastern parts of PA. We’ve developed a strong niche specializing in homes with aluminum siding damaged by hail and wind.
In all my time in business, I've witnessed several contractors come and go. Many try to expand and scale, but can't provide the same level of service to their clientele. But I don't trust my jobs to just anyone and to my mind, there is no one more qualified than me to order materials, schedule installations and help customers make the best decisions regarding their home's exterior.
No, we are not the largest company in the world. I don't pay for TV or radio ads. I've never expanded into other work. I've focused on and become an expert at specifically what we do - exterior replacements and insurance restoration.
At the end of the day, I'm in the business of earning trust. I'm proud to have been able to earn the trust of hundreds of customers who have contracted our services and I look forward helping you in any way that I can!
